A caring leader has to be a servant-leader, a true, well-wishing friend. We discuss compassion and a selfless interest in the welfare of the devotees under your care. We discuss the importance of good listening and communication skills, of exemplary behavior, and the ability to give balanced advice according to time, place, and circumstance. We also discuss the importance of leaders taking the time to care for themselves so they are strong and stable in their service.
