Gauranga Dasa

Gauranga Dasa is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Bombay and is serving in various capacities at national and global level in ISKCON organization. He is a trustee of the ISKCON GBC College, and member of the GBC Organizational Development Committee and GBC Nominations Committee.

He is the Director of the Govardhan Ecovillage, a United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) award winning Eco-village community and Co-President of the ISKCON Chowpatty temple. He is also serving as the Administrative Director for Bhaktivedanta Research Centre (BRC), Kolkata, a library preserving 25,000 ancient Vedic books and manuscripts.

Gauranga das was appointed as a GBC with Global Duties for Human Resource Development and Capacity Building of ISKCON temples globally. He will strategise on creating systems to facilitate a culture of Care within ISKCON communities, to improve the Competence of ISKCON leadership in temples worldwide through training and development and inspire collaborations among  the ISKCON temples and also between ISKCON temples and other powerful stakeholders in society for accomplishing a mutually beneficial impact.
