Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
This is a victory that belongs to all of ISKCON. We know that ultimately all things are arranged by Sri Krishna Himself and all credit goes to Him. That being said, we would like to also include certain devotees that deserve special mention. The EC members Niranjana Maharaja and Acyuta-priya Prabhu extended their support and created the awareness within ISKCON about the importance of this case.
Gopal Krishna Maharaja met with dozens of press reporters and many important people. He used all his contacts, brilliant intelligence and diplomatic skills to protect Bhagavad-gita. He also facilitated the services of Madana-mohan Prabhu and my self.
His team, first of all Vrajendranandana Prabhu, worked tirelessly day and night.
Madana-mohana Prabhu prepared the ground, all the materials, and spent many hours putting together the materials for Wikipedia, etc.
Parijata mataji, Sankirtan Prabhu (Mumbai), Radharaman Prabhu (Colcatta), Jasomatinandana Prabhu, Braja Hari Prabhu, Basu Ghosh Prabhu and other Indian leaders helped with the campaign in different cities and states of India. Basu Ghosh Prabhu, Sridama Prabhu (Mumbai), Anuttama Prabhu, Gadadhar Prabhu, Bhaktin Inna and Gopal Hari Prabhu worked hard to get the reviews and endorsement letters.
Garuda Prabhu (!!!), Saranagati Dasi, Ishvara Krishna Prabhu, Radhika Raman Prabhu and others wrote nice letters of support.
Our strategic team, namely Gaura Krishna Prabhu, Radha Damodar Prabhu, Yadunandana Prabhu, Maha-Balarama Prabhu, and Bhakta Alexander spent many months preparing and executing the strategy.
NE BBT, Gopal Krishna Maharaja, Prabhavishnu Maharaja, Bhaktivaibhava Maharaja and many other devotees helped financially. We spent around $100,000 on this battle.
Thousands of devotees and people around the world signed the petition, prayed, and performed kirtans and yagnas. SO the credit goes to all of them– they made this victory the historical fact.
